We have particularly strong relations with the leading research companies in the world to help us with the relevant technology transfer, world-class training and professional development for our staff that results in improved capacities of our local staff and international staff. We help our country through employment, technology transfer, training and professional development of the Afghan staff. We provide internship programs for university students and give them hands-on research training. We also recruit and train high school boys and girls part-time as we grow our data entry team.
